These can be used in place of the OEM on stock valves and retainers as well. New keepers are recommended anytime the valves are replaced for proper fitment in the valve groove. Proper fitment allows for rotation and stability for the valve train.
- GSC Keepers are made from a higher grade steel than OEM.
- Tighter tolerances allow for more consistent valve spring install heights
- GSC Keepers feature black oxide coating to prevent sticking and aid in rust prevention.
Sorry for the 2 stars ,,, half as much again in delivery charges that took 7 days to come ,,,FedEx had the item 2 days after I ordered but didn't deliver till 4 days later ,,only valve retainers so 2 quid in first class envelope would have got there 2 days later ,,, thanks for having g them.in stock but the courier was appalling
